24/7 saying Cooper didn't make it in this evening, and they don't think he'll be in at all.
Ransom being back is just another step closer to what I've been saying. Ringo has more things pulling him to Texas than Georgia.
Texas is closer
His DB coach is Bryant Westbrook
He is close with Ransom, and right now Ransom to Texas is looking good.
There seems to be a pull with all the Arizona guys to play with each other and Texas seems to be the only school making that happen. This includes Ringo, Robinson, Ransom and possibly Damion Harris, and Jason Sellers, who are every bit the players as the top 3.
Just my opinion, but I predict that when this class is done, it is going to be full of guys from Arizona and DFW.
One more guy I really like and that is Tosh Baker. If we don't get Lindberg then I'm hoping the staff puts the full court pressure on Baker. Dude is a Longhorn legacy and according to the experts is actually higher ranked than anyone we have committed.
As of right now I'll stick with my prediction that Texas gets Ringo, Ransom Robinson and I'm 50/50 on Jason Harris. I'll let you know more on Damian Sellers after we get our visits with Justin Flowe and Sa'Ville Smalls. With about 3 linebacker spots open and Prince Dobrah likely taking one I think we will pursue those three pretty hard and Sellers is a strong take.
As for the new on Mookie Cooper, you keep recruiting him hard, but with only a couple of WR spots open if someone else is ready to commit you take the commit and just recruit over him. Which is too bad, because he is a guy that would be fun to watch in this offense.
I'll definitely agree with Bama and Texas, not sure about the blOwU situation at DB. But overall I agree he is Florida or aggy bound. And I'd lean more to Aggy.
As far as safety goes, right now I think we are sitting pretty with Ransom and Chris Thompson Jr. I think we take those two and call it a day.
If we do get those two we will be sitting pretty when BJ Foster and Caden Sterns declare early for the NFL draft.
I am already of the opinion that Texas DBs are every bit as good as Bama and Clemson and it's the primary reason we could stop any teams passing game. Maybe not Clemson's since their QB is absolutely super human. I swear if it wasn't for that dude, I'd say that Sam Ehlinger would be the next Texas Heisman winner.

Gary's brother at #30.
According to 24/7, they expect S Chris Thompson, Jr. of Duncanville to shut his recruitment down shortly after he officially visits USC this weekend.
Texas still looks good.
OrangeBloods reporting LB Demarco Boyd has officially left the team.
He plans on graduating from UT in December and playing as a grad transfer in 2020.
Texas has positioned themselves really well with the top Texas kids in this group of 100.
Gary Johnson?
Yes, different last names.

Big visit from RB Ty Jordan of West Mesquite today.
He could certainly end up being Texas' all-purpose / slot take for this class over Achane and Cooper.
Texas isn't getting left at the podium this year when it comes to RB's.
