This summer's Spurs Summer Team will feature the new crop of rookies selected in the 2019 NBA Draft (Luka Samanic, Keldon Johnson, Quinndary Weatherspoon) as well as second year players such as Lonnie Walker IV and Chimezie Metu.

MGM Resorts NBA Summer League 2019 will be an 11-day, 83-game compe ion that opens with all 32 teams playing four preliminary games each. The top eight teams are then seeded in a tournament, which culminates with a Championship Game on July 15. Teams that do not qualify for the tournament will each play a consolation game. Every team will play at least five games and as many as seven at NBA Summer League.
Official roster coming. So far we have:
- Luka Samanic
- Keldon Johnson
- Quinndary Witherspoon
- Kenny Williams
- Darel Poirer
I’m assuming Lonnie, Eubanks, and Metu will be there.

Eubanks should definitely be there. A couple of undrafted and unknown Euro guys as well.
I will be going to three of the first four LV games, depending on where SWMBO wants to sit.
Only the Charlotte game is in Thomas & Mack with nice seats.
Cox has a better atmosphere, old timey with less Laker fans (Lakers are always in T&M because they are half the crowd, often angrily spilling into Cox because they couldn't get seats.)
What network are they showing this stuff?

At a quick glance, he looks pretty interesting. 6-foot-10 guy with three-point range? Worth a look
He's out for the season, tbh.
i'm still not certain that we'll see walker on the SL roster, but i'd guess that he would be.

The least he can do is show that he's got game. That way he can be traded for something!

Happens a lot. Last year had White, Walker, Metu and Eubanks. 2016 had Kyle, Simmons, Murray, Forbes and Archidiacano.

It's generally thought Luka has a higher ceiling than Keldon but for summer league and this upcoming season, who do you think is the stronger performer? I am getting more and more excited about KJ. By all accounts he shouldn't be an all star but if he becomes a solid rotation player that has a lot of defense in him
Luka looked like a man among boys in the one game he played at the combine. If that wasn't a fluke, I expect him to play well in summer league. You do get that Milutinov was a top3 defensive Center in Euroleague last year and has been starting in Euroleague for 2 years straight at 25mpg?
And he's 24 years old? And he has received a contract offer from Barcelona for 2.3Mill$ in a 3 year contract (that's including taxes so it's basically a 3/13 contract).
What he can and can't do is well known by now.And no,he's not going to play in the SL just so the Spurs can trade his rights.
First time in Vegas for summer league. I am excited !
