    Wasn't there injuries that contributed to IB getting more minutes his rookie year? IIRC that game at CLE where Nephew had 40+, IB started and that was sort of his coming out party. We all got super pumped about his potential then he proceeded to scrub it up in Summer League.

    The last guy to truly get fast tracked was Nephew. Hopefully the same happens with Samanic.

    I agree he has room to surprise but I fully expect a full season of G league this year with a legit chance of him making the rotation next year.
