    We might could get Knox, maybe they give a future 1st instead... that's not how I'd prefer to move forward but, if we have the right acquisition in place to use the cap that could work for us.

    If the interest is significant, then he'll probably require a virtually guaranteed rotation spot to commit and that's something the Spurs should have no interest in providing.

    If they could address the big wing need via trade with Bertans going the other way in the exchange, I'd have been fine signing him for a portion of the MLE to be the fifth big, but I wouldn't go beyond that.
