Faking being hurt? No. Was he able to play with playing LOAD management ? Yes. Took 72 ing games off in San Antonio & refused to play when he could have. He made the effort to play for the Raptors because he needed to repair his reputation and show other teams he hadn't fallen off the face of the Earth. No surgery needed. Tell me one other player who EVER got away with the he pulled? Abandoned his team & refused to play with a manageable condition.

My two cents, I never was rooting for Kawhi. I hoped he lost every series except the Finals. I could never ever root for GSW. I was just hoping that if Kawhi won, if would give Pop a wake up kick in the ass to stop with all the nonsense and get back to coaching like you care. Let the young guns get full runs, and stop with the purgatory stuff.
Now that he won the championship and the Spurs saga is officially over, that dude! If he goes to LAL, I hope his quad explodes.
