Bertans has a 5 year market value of $100.3M? That ought to be worth a first round pick. I wonder if this is like CarMax where they'll buy your trade-in?

Couldn't they have used a different acronym?
0.6 million for Belinelli. Ouch.
I suspect that their projections are a little off. They project Patty Mills as having more value than Bryn Forbes...
Nah, the one they have is perfect cause it overrates ty players.
They also have Bonner being a positive for us in 2007 lol. But if you look at the the formula used, they check out, tbh.

Before Nate Silver, Baseball Prospectus projections were Vladimirs and Wiltons. Silver uprgraded them from raw projections to include breakouts and crashes with PECOTA (Player Empirical Comparison and Optimization Test Algorithm).CARMELO was very much meant to be an insult to Anthony, an overrated ty player. The word is a backronym based on the name of journeyman major league player Bill Pecota, who, with a lifetime batting average of .249, is perhaps representative of the typical PECOTA entry.
Predating Vladimirs, I wrote blurbs for the DTs, (Davenport Translations) about Twins and Reds prospects on usenet alt.sports.baseball. The next year I was not invited to write for the first edition of Baseball Prospectus because .... I am a properly rated ty writer. Though I did play Strat in a leage with a couple of BP writers and other usenet CDSNs. The next year I started playing in a 26 team (later 28 team) Strat League. We had lots of arguments and then arguments would get confusing about who said what, as we had six Johns, two Davids and two Garys. I starting referring everybody by their team names. Mustang John, Suds John, Black Sox John ... My team was the Winston-Salem Dromedaries owned by Drom John.

All advanced stats are and created by virgins that want to be part of the game, but this one takes the cake.
People on what they don't understand, what goes over their heads. You're like that asshole head of scouting in Moneyball.
Triggered kid hates advanced stats because they say Manu was better than TP
