If he is going to sign with one of the LA teams if it's Lakers he will sign tomorrow before noon due to the cap space issue with the AD trade so he can get the max. He's likely just making this go on and on to look good to Raptor fans as a tough decision he's making leaving Toronto if he intends to sign with Lakers. If it's Raptors or Clippers he's just waiting to screw with the the Lakers.

So if he's going to sign with Lakers and wants the max it's got to be before noon tomorrow.

If he wants to sign a long term contract he has to think about Lowry getting old, Siakam wanting the max, Gasol doesn't have much either.
