    ...sorry he left but we needed defense and he needed a place where have big minutes to have the numbers to be invited in the all star three point contest...frankly, the NBA did him wrong not inviting him there last season when he was obviously the best in the country at that moment...hope, in case, considering he knows already our system, that we could sign him back next season with the MLE...

    He needs to let it fly when open. He is already good moving without the ball. If he perfects that catch and shoot, he could be very dangerous tbh

    Bertans will not have such a short leash and will thrive in Washington. Offensively, he might have a breakout season. Pop did not do a good job of coaching Bertans, and tried to bully him into being a better player. Not everyone responds to the Bobby Knight approach. If you like Bertans, you have to feel good for him, because he now has a chance to go do what he is best at. I expect him to shoot without hesitation and will be considered a steal, but he was not going to flourish under Pop.
