Lyles is basically a league min. salary type player. There's no reason to use the MLE on this guy.

He's definitely end-of-bench, should be in the G League, below replacement level. By comparison, a guy like Faried is probably just below replacement level, and a good fit for only a few types of offenses (lob city types). Lyles has no consistent NBA level skills yet. The Kentucky brand is really strong though
