Aren't you able to disclose things fully now since the Spurs were vindicated? You mentioned some things might've painted the Spurs in a bad light, but after everything that transpired no reasonable person is going to blame the Spurs.

He put his nephew in a position where he's now recognized as the best player in the NBA after winning a championship, created a le favorite that should win for at least the next 2 years and did it in LA, where Kawhi's brand will continue to blow up.. he's in a comfortable position to be the best player in the NBA and take over the league for the foreseeable as LeBron ages..

Harden would have won in '18 even if Kawhi played (he still would have been "load managed") b/c the Rockets were by far the best regular season team & he had the numbers to back it up. As far as Dennis, he just setup shop & delivered this summer what he set out to do....business is going to pickup now. Besides, Kawhi wouldn't have signed with NB if they weren't paying him more than cheap ass Jordan.

Had Kawhi refused to play for the Raptors & demanded a trade to the Lakers then you would have a point but he chose to sign with the Clippers as a FREE AGENT after playing out his contract since he was ACTUALLY healthy enough to play at a high-level. He simply told the Spurs he wanted to play in his hometown AFTER the bridge burned but PATFO ed themselves over b/c of a grudge against the Lakers. But then muphuckas out here claiming he was never hurt when he's out there limping even with load management & proper treatment this past season.....it isn't as if he didn't look like in those 9 games he played in '17-'18.
Had Durant been on the Sperms & didn't return to rapture his achillies before bailing for BK then folks on ST would have been saying he quit on the team when he was sitting out games b/c of a "calf strain".
