GOP strategist delivers devastating analysis of Trump’s ‘Make America White Again’ agenda on CNN

Setmayer argued that appealing solely to angry white voters was the only hope he had of winning in 2020.

“It’s ‘Make America White Again,’ according to the president of the United States, because

everyone in the country is not welcome,” she said.

“If you have a difference of opinion, you’re not welcome.”

“Who is Donald Trump to determine what makes America great?” she asked.

“A guy who dodged the draft,

who goes after Gold Star families?

Who bragged after about his sexual conquests

instead of going to Vietnam to serve his country,

who goes after war heroes like John McCain?…

I believe Donald Trump hates this country!

He hates what makes America great!

He hates the rule of law!

    He hates diversity,

    the freedom of dissent!”

Presidential historian: Trump joins Andrew Johnson 'as the most racist president in American history'

It took more than a century, but

Andrew Johnson has met his match when it comes to racist presidents, presidential historian Jon Meacham said Monday.

"What the president's done here is yet again —

I think he did it after Charlottesville and

I think he did it, frankly, when he was pushing the birther lie about President Obama —

he has joined Andrew Johnson as the most racist president in American history."

Johnson "said African Americans were incapable of self-government and relapsed into barbarism if they weren't closely supervised."

"said this was the single most racist statement by a president in a public paper."

politicians have set it up so

poor black Americans and poor white Americans are "pointing at each other instead of pointing up,"

"That's the story of the racial politics of the country in the modern era.

By using culture instead of economics, which the Republican Party in the modern era has done very well."

Democratic Congresswomen Urge Trump to Go Back to Russia

WASHINGTON —Four Democratic congresswomen issued a brief statement on Monday urging President Donald Trump to go back to Russia and improve the dire conditions of that country.

In the tersely worded statement, the four lawmakers—Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, of New York; Ilhan Omar, of Minnesota; Ayanna Pressley, of Massachusetts; and Rashida Tlaib, of Michigan—indicated that

Russia was “broken and crime-infested” and required Trump’s immediate attention.

The statement went on to suggest that,

once Trump had fixed the problems plaguing Russia, he could return to the United States and “show us how.”

In a tweet, Trump mocked the congresswomen, contrasting them with

the “real revolutionaries” honored over the weekend on Bastille Day.

“In 1789, these brave people stormed Louis XVI’s airports,” he wrote.

But I'd be a liar if I said I didnt want Trump to win just to see the uber meltdowns, excuses and bat conspiracy theories from the Spurs Homers/RGs/Bootses and the media.

He's an embarrassment on the global scale, but back home, beyond the embarrassment, overall, no one is really hurting from him being in power.
Maybe if you weren't so utterly naive and wrong about that second point, the first part wouldn't amuse you so much. Be better.

He gets that 2nd 4 years & it'll be "you" starting up that (civil war). "You're" pushin' all those chips, every last one into the middle of that table. "You" couldn't take the +4. "You'll" barely make it to November next without an insurrection.
Not sure who “you” is up there, but I’m frankly more concerned of his reaction if he does not get a 2nd term. Not civil war concern (that’s not happening), but I’m sure the every stunt in the book will be played. That would be bad for democracy also, so hopefully doesn’t happen.

Or, a stunt where that pos Hussein moves off property to binocular range and Walls up a house, that kind a stunt?
Or, a stunt where you take every in' chair He had in that House & put it in storage till 4-8 years down the line so He can't rest, that kinda a stunt?

Maybe if you weren't so utterly naive and wrong about that second point, the first part wouldn't amuse you so much. Be better.

The flip side of the coin is being naive about how "awful" things really aren't under him. Not here to play "well, this happened when..." and go down that rabbit hole. The fact is, the last three administrations all had some really rotten and massive scandals and made some rotten decisions that don't get as much scrutiny as this idiot gets. The reason? They didn't pick fights with the media. Are you really that worse off now than 2-3 years ago? 8 years ago?

Being naive is acting like we live in a 3 world hole worthy of all the protesting we see. We're a sycophancy with the highest quality of life ever recorded, filled with people who say one thing and do another.

I don't expect you to agree, but I feel most protesters/ SJWs protest because it's a fad/en vogue and not under altruistic premises. The moral high ground they desire so badly is not because of doing what's right, but so they can feel validated in their political affiliation. I look at declining charitable donations and community service volunteers as some evidence of this, tho nowhere near all. Social media is where the faux morality movement originated and has it's deepest roots.

Politics in our country has become petty. People are mad their side lost because they don't get to gloat. The ones upset they couldn't gloat are the ones taking their loss the hardest and you see that on this board in spades. It's funny seeing somewhat intelligent people ground into petty tears and seeing their true intentions shine through their hypocrisies.

I don’t particularly care what “side” you think *I* am on. Not too difficult to search a bit and find me criticizing the previous administration too. The fact that I did prognosticate he would finish his term goes to show that I didn’t think the collusion inquiry was going anywhere.

I happen to be fortunate enough to do well no matter who’s pulling the levers, nor I grew up in this blue/red environment, so I don’t have an allegiance. I do despise social conservatism, but we can discuss anything else, tbh

I'm not naive. Nothing is "worse" under him, there's just more scrutiny on him because he is P.E No. 1 in the media because he stupidly picked a fight with them. The corruption, lies, scandals- basically everything the virtue signalers that are upset because he "won"- has always been happening, just a larger lens is on this dude.
What you meant is nothing is worse for you. Hey, same here! It's great to be straight, white, and wealthy. But take a few minutes to explore outside your bubble.

We're losing decades of environmental progress. LGBT protections have been reversed. Poor women have fewer resources for birth control and STD treatment/prevention. People who have been here their whole lives and were given a path to citizenship by the previous administration are now in danger of being deported. Iran was being lifted out of 3rd world status by a mutually beneficial agreement that was reversed out of partisan spite. The administration is actively working to further reduce the voting power of poor, urban minorities. We're letting fewer refugees in than ever before because of fear that the POTUS encourages and cultivates. The President's son in law is managing ing Middle East diplomacy. Journalists are getting death threats at best, getting murdered by the President's allies at worst.

Perhaps worst of all, we're all getting dumber, because truth and facts have no value anymore. We've lowered the bar, and that does affect you and me. 5 years ago, if I told you the President of the United States would spend 5 hours a day live tweeting cable news, the other 5 hours playing golf, and never read a single intelligence report, would you find this acceptable? If that's okay, who the knows what kind of re we'll be putting in that office in the next 20 years?

The naivety would be thinking that people aren't mad that Trump won. The correlation is looking at the rise of "social justice". Nowhere to be found in the previous administrations (not going down the rabbit hole- Obama and Bush both had MASSIVE scandals that didn't get half the attention that even petty Trump gets).
Of course people are mad that Trump won. He's a purposefully divisive, vulgar buffoon and a historical embarrassment who brings out the worst in all of us. He has set so many dangerous, fascist precedents I've lost count of them.

No one expects a scandal-free presidency. We should at least expect a competent leader who gives some indication that he understands that he serves the American people (ALL of them) and not himself.

& we're (ALL of them) grabbin' with both ass scratchers offin' that DOW & 401k.

Hussein race baited this country 2 years in on an 8 year term, that SOB. Where'd he go after Trump walked in, back to his south Chicago hole? Nope. Right up the street from the WH, all Walled in. "Okay, fine, he won. We got two choices: 1. Protest it. He'll still get in. 2. Weaponize Media, they've been at ease since running off Nixon. They'll drive that cracker nuts. Don't give him a free moment, a gentle second. We'll show him."

& 2. it was. They figured he'll get sick of it, go back to the Tower & his boodle & Pence will take it over.

    Uh, uh.

Ain't nothing wrong with shedding light where darkness reigned. He is trusting that America/Americans will (see) what Media/Dems/RINO's are about. It's a noble aim, but, I fear that he is barking up the wrong tree. Media wouldn't go to all that time, trouble & money if they weren't assured of the result they aim for. They don't mine in dusters, it's their religion. They mine rich deep gullies of assurance. So, that is & has been the killing ground twixt the old man & Media since they discovered he'd dumped Hillary on the side of the road 2 Novembers ago.

"Fine, he's President, but, he & his bloodline won't sleep a wink."

I put in a fair amount of time at the local shelters every month, it's not a lot by veteran volunteer standards, but it's what I can give and I converse with everyone of all walks of life. It's fair to say I step out of my bubble more than most.

Comparably, I rant and rave about the plight caused by this rotten state government because I see it, I live in it and I hear it from too many on a personal level, did on the employer level and all the way to the most needy of people. I empathize with your mood. Regardless if you believe me or not (this being ST, I expect the tomes et. al), I understand where you're coming from.

I would love to continue on, but @ the gig right now. Want to discuss how we were already getting dumber before this idiot was elected and how he's a representation of the typical Murican- disingenuous, biased and dumb.

Appreciate the counterpoint and I might produce an equal quality rebuttal if I manage time later.
