Maybe there's a way they can get Durbeta to sign some day, too, for the ultimate reunion, tbh...

People are questioning this move for the wrong reasons
This deal only happened because Harden and Russ both wanted it to happen. 0% chance Morey wouldve made the deal if they had no relationship prior. So OBVIOUSLY they'll be fine with the stat padding battles
The ball distribution thing -- I mean Houston literally has 2 plays in their playbook- Westbrook high PNR, Harden ISO. They'll stagger it for 48 minutes
Russ is a horrendous shooter, but, if you put Harden Gordon Green Tucker all at the 3 point line he doesn't need to shoot jumpers anymore
There will be issues on defense (the biggest one) and in crunch time tho
How many days into the season is it going to take now before SA Smith claims he's 'hearing' from 'sources' D'Antoni is going to be fired. I give it 5.
CN is so full of it![]()
Nene gone? Must be retiring...
Who plays more games this year? Kiwi (28yrs old) or LBJ (34yrs old)?![]()
You think that's going to stop Westbrook from shooting jumpers?
You could have Steph Curry, Seth Curry and Dell Curry waiting for catch and shoot opportunities at the 3pt line and he's still going to shoot jumpers.
I blame LeBron and KD for all of it.. Both ed out trying to win chips the easy way..
The could've went to the (judge), db, & didn't. That was a courtesy to NYC & ownership.
"You're" ing, but, I don't see ownership ing. In this day & age? In these times? No. They want no part of the (judge).

What does the pick swap mean? Do they have the option to choose/use their own pick or swap it for either Houston's or LA Clippers picks? For example the 2025 pick swaps, can someone explain how that might work? If OKC only has one first round pick that year, would that mean they can only swap with either Houston or LA Clippers, but not both?
Think WB is willing to be 6th man? I think the rotations can work if he can come off the bench
I'll ask again, how do 'pick swaps' work? Is OKC the team that gets to choose which pick they get that season? For example, in 2023, if the Clippers have a higher pick, do they just simply swap their pick and give their pick to the Clippers and get to take the Clippers pick instead? When do they have to decide by? Before the season or before the draft?
The way I understand it, let's say after the 20-21 season, OKC and Houston have picks. Houston ends up with a lottery pick. OKC ends up with #24. OKC has the right to swap their #24 pick with Houston's lottery pick. This would happen even if Houston's lottery pick was as high as #1 overall, which would he hilariously funny![]()
Rockets and Thunder may expand to 3 or 4 Team trade with Rockets possibly bringing Iggy or Covington in.
If Westbrook finally realizes how to calm the down and be the second fiddle and with iggy or Covington rockets can have a good team. Harden needs to step up for reals this year and they might have a legitimate chance at a chip.
Thanks. That's a pretty good deal for OKC if those picks end up being higher than theirs. The option to swap them is pretty smart on their part. You never know what records those teams will have a few years done the line.
