Dabo is good at this.
Cliffs from IT on 2021 class:
- More on Hayden Connor: IT made it seem like he was always going to come to UT regardless. A&M wasn’t top 2. Loves the space doctor at UT. Going to be a big voice for the rest of the class as far as recruiting. Connor said UT will have the #1 class. Was supposed to visit UM last weekend but Milroe kept it from happening (loved that comment. How awesome is it that we seemingly slam dunked our ‘21 QB when we could have taken Stone and made a lot of bandwagon UT recruiting fans giddy. So glad we got Milroe.)
- OL Bryce Foster: Will be a UT and A&M battle. Extremely gifted. Wants to be able to participate in T&F at the next level and will be a big part of getting him aboard. The reigning NCAA shotput champion is a UT kid so that helps. Is best friends with Hayden and Jaylen so that helps. Has family from Austin pulling him in our direction so that helps. Mom is an Aggie. Brother is a PWO at a&m. Said that his fam won’t pressure him (yeah right). Absolutely loves Herb Hand. (My take is that while he very much loves UT and the idea of playing with his buddies, he’s going to be an Aggie in the end. It sucks bc he is so very talented but with the OL class next year it’s not that painful. My fav OL recruit outside of Brockermeyer. He reminds me of Kardell Thomas (2019 LSU commit). He’s so damn strong and he plays with a ton of aggression. Just a dominant force of a human being)
- DE Tunmise Adeleye: Probably a Bama lean. Loves the SEC. Doesn’t like a 3-4 front. Most talented DL in the state. Texas can really make a push if we win a lot of games this year (especially the LSU game obviously bc he likes the SEC). Sees Bama as an NFL prep-school. (I just noted what I felt as the meat and potatoes of their Adeleye notes. They said much more but it sounded very “sunshine pump-ish.” They didn’t hide that he loves the SEC and Bama. UT has some positives but there is a lot of work to be done there. He’s great friends with the Katy kids though so we’ll see.)
2021 Camp visitors:
- Milroe
- RB Brandon Campbell of Pearland. Compare to Fozzy Whit. Likes UT a lot and we prob lead. 2nd RB type.
- WR JoJo Earle of Aledo. Slot guy. Prob a UT lean. Smaller version of Jake Smith.
- WR Theodore Knox of The Woodlands. Louisiana implant.
- WR Latrell Neville of Fort Bend Hightower. Compared to Elijah Higgins. (Likes UT and think we can move up his list this weekend.)
- TE Juan Davis of Everman. Quiet kid. Probably on commitment watch for the weekend bc the staff will probably push. They love love love him. Warehimes guy. Compared to LJ Humphrey with more size. Texas identified him early and will take his commitment.
- TE Lake McRee of Lake Travis. UT commit
- OL Hayden Connor of Katy. UT commit
- LB Derrick Harris Jr. of New Caney. Top LB priority for Texas. Will visit on Saturday after stopping at a&m. Told IT that Texas will have the best class in ‘21.
- DB Ishmael Ibraheem of Dallas Kimball. Probably the top corner in the state. UT identified early and wants him bad.
- S JD Coffey III of Kennedale. Prob a UT lean early. Naivars priority. Will get a lot of attention. Whole staff wants him in this class. Compared to Jerrin Thompson with a little Xavion Alford.
- ATH Billy Bowman of Denton Ryan. Projects at nickel. Extremely explosive player. Floor is at slot receiver. UT in a good spot.
Odds/ends:
Camar Wheaton has been quiet but that’s just his nature. UT still looks good there. Should visit soon. RB recruiting will be interesting bc LJ Johnson and Campbell are paying UT a lot of attention early on.

Keep in mind it's South Carolina BBQ, if your Q needs sauce, it' ain't good Q!
GO BEEF or GO HOME. Nothing touches Texas barbecue
As an amateur pit chef and frequent Myrtle Beach goer, I approve this post. They love the vinegar too much.
But if you’re wanting some hog then SC is the place to be. Fam has a beach house out in Myrtle. South Carolina has a very “Texas” feel. Same types of people, very pretty scenery, amazing golf. Dabo has a lot to work with aside from the fact that he’s just a genuinely solid guy and clearly a football savant.
OrangeBloods reporting OL Chad Lindberg of League City Clear Creek will be making a decision before two-a-days start.
They feel he'll be committing to Georgia.
Inside Texas said keep an eye on 2022 LB Martrell Harris of The Woodlands as they expect him to make some noise tonight.
He is the brother of 2021 WR Theodore Knox, and both are move-ins from Baton Rouge, LA.

CB’s coming in for Jerrin Thompson to UT. This could be a commitment watch. Lots of smoke the past week.
Same analyst put in a CB for Ringo to UGA.
If we miss on Lindberg, is Courtland Ford a take or who would be his stand-in?
Eric Nahlin doesn’t think that CF is worth the take, save the ship.
IT mentioned he was a Lindberg backup but I’m not sure he’s their first choice. I doubt they’d take him. I think they want a true tackle if they missed on Lindberg and that’s why they took Karic. Courtland is another tackle prospect.
I can’t wait to play LSU and do what we did to Georgia. We’re going to make an example of them.
24/7 reporting 2022 DT Bear Alexander of Dallas Skyline will be at camp tonight.

Now that EJ left, Mike is on the Longhorn Blitz podcast. He does a recruiting segment with Jeff Howe.
Thank you. This is correct. I’m sorry, I forgot to update. Roach also said the No Interviews podcast with Will Baizer won’t be coming back. I’ve pasted the link to LHBlitz podcast site below but I’m not positive it’s up to date and I don’t see Roach’s name attached.

Good luck to Linberg, I hope he has a great career at Georgia.
Onward and upward. I also think we are good on the oline and should stand pat. Lets see what we can get in the 2021 class.
I have not seen this mentioned anywhere, but just something I'm looking out for.
LB Jaqwondis Burns transferred from Terrell to Dallas Skyline with Alexander, so maybe he'll show up tonight even though he's committed to Ole Miss.
Another good LB, and he's currently rated higher than LB Derrick Lewis of Schertz Clemens.
