    This ain't Watergate, folks.
Obstruction of justice doesn't require nor presume the covering up of an actual proven crime, you lightweight homer.

have i ever exonerated anyone of what? what are you even talking about?
He’s clearly asking you if it’s a prosecutor’s job to exonerate and you’re clearly playing dumb.

CC says, hold my hand, I haven’t been paying attention.

Talking about firing Mueller and actually doing it are 2 different things. Didn't Mueller even say he didn't effect the investigation?

Why do you think Jeff Sessions and Don McGahn refused to carry out DJT’s instructions to fire various people investigating his campaign or falsify the record, respectively?

He interfered with the investigation, that's enough.

You think "unlawful exoneration" is a real thing.

    True.

DJT failed in his attempt to do so.

Merely attempting to do so is a crime. Obstruction of justice.

    True.

DJT failed in his attempt to do so.

    That’s a crime.
Again, thinking about, or talking about wanting to obstruct the investigation isn't obstruction unless you actually do it.

Strange that you can reach that conclusion when Mueller couldn’t.

Actually, you’re wrong about that as matter of law.

I dont think he has any real compe ion other than himself. Warren and Bernie are the only legit threats and they are in conflict with each other.

One of them will have to get out to really be effective.

He fired Comey, bragged to the Russians that he had shut down the Russian thing, is one of 9? obstructive actions Mueller do ented.

Oh, conspiracy to go to the moon is now a crime along with unlawful exoneration.

And Mueller in no uncertain terms said his investigation wasn't obstructed. Game, set, match.

Mueller said his mandate didn’t include determining whether POTUS committed crimes.

DOJ regs prevented him from doing so. He gathered information.

The ball is in Congress’s court. in the US, we remove presidents politically, not judicially. That’s the cons utional scheme.

    Pseudologic. The law says otherwise.

Bernie is toast. I think Warren is going to end up on top of the clown bus. I probably wont vote for president again.
