The law takes a dim view of public violence for any reason.
Sweden is well within its rights to investigate, which is a hassle for everyone involved. Seems it's moving along fairly expeditiously as far as police process goes, but clearly not fast enough for one who, like you, has already reached a conclusion.

We're talking assault. There is no determinable proof of it by either party. But the video is clear about who was instigating / escalating and who was attempting to de-escalate / depart.
By theory you ultimately mean guess. There's no legal point in that.
The assaulter is indeterminable based on evidence known thus far. It's classic he said, he said. However, the evidence shows one party instigated. Why is the instigator getting the preferential treatment / deemed the victim?

The report I heard was that persons in the American group being charged and no charges against the pube. If true, for intensive purposes, it's past the investigation stage.
So, why is the instigator getting a pass and the party that attempted to de-escalate getting prosecuted? What is the compelling evidence here?

Here's my "theory," chump, based the wording in this report. This little pube knew who this dude was, and he was following this rich dude around in an effort to extort money, directly or indirectly.
