Fairly certain Floss doesn’t start an upcoming recruiting class thread until the current class is finalized and signing day has concluded.
Conner followed up saying it's another 2021 coming.
Honestly, it'd be a lot more difficult for me to do two threads and keep everything organized for y'all.
If it's something that the majority wants, we can discuss it but I feel the current format allows for everyone to start reading from where they left off and not miss anything, plus we have all of the info on the first page for reference.

This has pretty much been a Texas news thread (obviously with an emphasis on the current year's recruiting) so I think we should just continue to roll that way with the one thread. I think the first posts should stick to the 2020 info until the 2021 thread however.

TFB saying the delay for CTJr. is his commitment video. That’s probably the jeter guy Floss was talking about. Didn’t say who the pick was. Important to note that nobody has yet changed their CBs on 247.
Also said Jerrin was making a commit video today.
Sooo Thompson has been leaning/locked in to Texas for months...with a public announcement timeline established well in advance.
The final week approaches and murmurs of Au$urn come out of left field.. the announcement then gets delayed due to a conflict... murmurs come out with Chris wanting to stay in Texas and his father pushing out of state... then murmurs come out that the conflict was due to a delay in taping the commitment video
Am I crazy to think this delay in commitment video is more like re-do a commitment video for a different university?

Thats what we fear but that’s the nature of recruiting. At this time last week CTJR was 100% Texas and Bijan just the opposite and now those trends have completely reversed. Still hope we land them both but looking tougher now.
Rumors have suggested since Ja'Quinden committed that Thompson, Jr. was the guy on the other end of that phone call, and he made his commitment video around the same time.
If any of that is true, and the delay is because of his commitment video, then that would lead one to believe he's making a new one.
Good news is reports have Thompson, Jr. being the one who wants to go to Texas, but I'd be lying if I said I was feeling good.
I’ve tried doing some internet sleuthing but can’t get anything of note on the editor. Didn’t find much. Maybe someone with better skills can find something to draw irrational clues from. Twitter link posted below. Supposedly he did Jahari Rogers commit video but I couldn’t find that either. Haven’t seen anything posted saying CTJr was campus today. There were mentions of two videos being made ON CAMPUS. I’m assuming one was Jerrin Thompson. Anyways:
