I always appreciate your multifaceted, well-thought-out views on things, and this is right up there with some of your best takes.
The only caveat I'd add is that while changing culture, etc would obviously help, we should consider what is easier/more practical to do. In changing culture and helping to alleviate pockets of violent mental illness (transient or otherwise), we're being asked to essentially rally against the human condition.
The easier solution is to more closely monitor websites, enact some of the gun control laws you mentioned (no guns until 25 and you just obtain a license prior to purchase), and improve access to mental health care by incentivizing careers in psychology and psychiatry.

My opinion of this "white male radicalization" is due that the majority of white males can't compete in today's economy. You see, when you have an entire generation of white guys being told since birth that are superior, better than everyone else and then reality smacks em in the face when they become young men and they have to compete with guys whose will is stronger than theirs. They become resentful and full of anger and do these killing because things don't go their way.
