People should be able to donate to whoever and not have to worry about politicians who disagree with them putting out their personal information on twitter to be spread among hundreds of thousands of people.

They shouldn't worry about anybody period. Why would they? They're exercising their legal, democratic rights.

Even more so when Castro specifically mentions he doesn't want anybody harassed or hurt. That's exactly the proper line of thinking. He's not inciting anything, he's informing his electorate.

I stand by my comment that transparency should not be negotiated for fear. It's actually pretty ironic that an apparent champion of transparency and enemy of secrecy like you would have a problem with this, tbh. I guess it's more of "do what I say, not what I do".
