The problem is you don't want to discuss the arguments yourself bring up when they demonstrably no longer back up your points.
Illegal immigration has been on the decline for over a decade now (ICE numbers), and the middle class has only seen the crunch continue, or even worse, exacerbate. Relatively effective systems like e-verify were put into place and almost nobody uses it.
Why is that? How is that on the immigrant folk? Those employers are not being separated from their families, jailed, and sometimes left to die in prison. (rhetorical, if we're the exceptional nation we claim to be, nobody should).
The Rust belt didn't buy into Trump promises of immigration control, it bought into the promises of stop shipping jobs overseas and end of globalization. The whole idea of globalization stems to counter the exact argument you're making about flooding markets and market destabilization in general.
This is a much larger economic discussion, about standard of living, compe iveness, automation. I had it before on other threads, would not mind going over it again.
I don't mean to diminish the middle class struggles either. This economy went from manufacturing to services almost overnight, with little retraining, and I get that people don't understand how their jobs were taken to Mexico, China or replaced by a robot through no fault of their own. It's even happening in the services industry too now, with outsourcing.
But it's a much more complex problem than "brownie took my job", or "brownie is a moocher". That's just an absurd reduction.

Then I stumbled upon a couple of YouTube channels and found my dude Kyle Kulinski from Secular Talk. I immediately clicked with him. I never clicked with the iden y politics of Ben Shapiro and Steven Crowder where "the left is bad, we are good" and the cultural wars. All those kids do is on SJW's and pink-colored haired college snowflakes 24/7. The Young Turks caught my attention for awhile cuz of their progressive beliefs but quicky grew tired of them cuz of their iden y politics as well.
As for my awakening to Zionism, well I stumbled upon Ken O'Keefe. He is a war veteran who became a political activist. He was involved in the "MV Mavi Marmara." This man renounced his US citizenship and became an Iranian and Palestinian political activist. From there I found Adam Green from Know More News and here I am today.
I have a list of YouTubers to stay up to date on politics. To find out about the drama between Democrats and Republicans I go to Jimmy Dore and Kyle Kulinksi. For geopolitics I got to The Last American Vagabond. And for the Zionist agenda I listen to Adam Green and Ryan Dawson. These two are anti-neocons and anti-zionists.
In my personal opinion, if you are a cheerleader for Democrats or Republicans then you are not woke. If you are stuck in the left vs right paradigm then you are not woke. If you have this "us vs them" mentality then you are a sheep. Most importantly, if you are a Zionist then you are not woke.

Most conservatives and people on the right call themselves "woke" or "red pilled" yet they are the biggest Republican cheerleaders and worship Zionism. They watch Fox News or Breitbart and think they're "woke." Most people that are truly woke know that Fox news and most of the so called "alternative media" such as Breitbart, Ben Shapiro, Crowder, The Blaze, PragerU, Infowars, etc. are all Zionist controlled opposition. Hope that clarifies things for you. You know that left vs right paradigm..tribalism and iden y politics.
The Zionist boogeyman claims predate The Matrix and "alternative media" though. Now, that's not to say that jewish people are not involved in the political process, especially Israeli-Americans (and rightly so, I might add).
I don't know I would frame that as a big conspiracy. There's always obviously a lot of power and money at play, that's always a big motivator.
I just can't reconcile things like this grand theory of Zionism control with things like the Iran nuclear accord, to name one instance. You would think the master puppeteers wouldn't let that happen, especially if they control everything.
Not "most people" in terms of conservatives on message boards in regards to being cheerleaders (I don't fully share your assessment on all those sources, though I do appreciate your skepticism). But maybe among the general populus that's a safer bet.
Really, the people that actively care to any significant degree is a pretty small number on both sides. It's why the ins utions go on strong with little challenges.
