Honestly this should be a fine at most. Doing time for these kind of ery is lame.
Fine her 1 million or 2 (She can clearly afford it) and put her on the super effective "probation" they like to use and you're set.
I did think the fine was joke level.

The punishment was already doled out when her kid was kicked out. That's all the "mom you suck" punishment she'll ever understand. Jail won't do anything but cost taxpayers. Fine the establishments as well. Fine the out of them. Take away any public funding. Call the law the "Felicity Law".
She's white, has money, had a clean record and pled guilty to a nonserious, nonviolent crime, I would have been surprised if it was anything over a month.
