This will actually be their first trip to the postseason since 2015

Bad timing but I would say Steelers. Both arguably the best fan base in their respective Sports

    Braves vs Cardinals
    2012 Wild Card game
The infamous "infield fly game". Cards would propel to the NLCS and even hold a 3-1 advantage over SFG

    2000 NLDS
Defending NL Champ Braves get absolutely blitzed in a 3-game sweep. The Cardinals coming out party, would make playoffs 5 outta next 6 seasons with 2 trips to WS (winning 1)

    1996 NLCS
Cards took commanding 3-1 lead over the defending Champs. Braves would respond with a godly 5 game winning streak concluding with Game 2 of the World Series - franchises last win in the WS

Pretty impressive. Never been below 74 wins in the Beane era, while having to operate with a micro-budget since their fans don't go to the games. Tampa Bay is the AL equivalent.

    Go Royals Go!

I’m rooting for the Astros in the AL, my local team now and Braves in the NL who were my local team growing up.

The amount of negative comments on videos of Alonso breaking the record was surprising... albeit mostly about him missing playoffs or that Judge is better

Whatever magic Manaea had in his 5 starts since shoulder surgery got shot down by Tampa Bay.

I would have started Homer Simpson Bailey but it was hard to argue against Manaeas 5 starts with 1.21 ERA.
