Right this moment, you going the away is at the top of my wish list - but I'm not going to get that. A debilitating injury for Kawhi is a close second. I'm holding out hope for that one.

The good news is that I am genuinely interested to see what basically everybody on the roster can do.
Gone are the days when we basically knew which 12 players were going to get minutes and the rest was just training camp fodder.
Sincerely doubt Lawson and Holmes make the roster and we pretty much know what Eubanks brings, but will be fun to see guys like Walker, Luka, KJ, and Weatherspoon get some extra run (even though the latter will probably end up in Austin).
Also think this is probably Metu's last chance to prove he belongs on an NBA court...at least with the Spurs.

- It's probably a one off, but hopefully the Spurs stop worrying about being nice and classy and taking the high road (where has that gotten them recently?) and start sticking up for themselves when they get screwed or treatly unfairly by the media.
- I don't want to overblow it, but first Murray signs with New Balance, now he's apparently referring to himself in the third person. In isolation, whatever, but there's enough you could cobble together that's at least disconcerting.
- Weird that they update the weight of Aldridge, Belinelli, Gay and Poeltl, but not others.
Im pretty sure roster is set so yes there is nothing but fodder. We have 15 guys under contract and 2 2 ways signed so theres poor guys here with no shot at all unless spurs make a cut...all u gotta do is count
The Spurs can spend $100+M on salaries but can't pay someone enough to make a table with proper indentation and alignment. smh
I mean yes, we all know who is going to make the final cut and will actually get minutes, but I'm still interested to see what the guys 12-17 will look like.

It's definitely a transition year. There a lot of young players, almost all including Lyes and Metu have some intriguing qualities. I personally think both could be out of the league by next year, but will be interesting.

I still can’t believe Belinelli is around after MoSpur got my hopes up that he was getting traded in the offseason.
