Um whatPreseason basketball is much more entertaining than post season baseball, and I like baseball.
That's what impressed me. He actually shot terribly...2/14, yeesh.
But he was consistently getting to the hoop and getting the same shots he was getting in Summer League...they just wouldn't go down. And he didn't let the missed shots make him gun-shy...he just kept plugging away. If there is a time to try to play through those jitters, this was it.

Dejounte looked real good in this game. His jump shot looks improved but I was impressed by his aggressive drives to the hoop. Usually when guys comeback from an ACL tears they are hesitant to attack the basket.
So.. why’d my boy Luka get less PT than Homie and Lawson? Side note, it was awesome to see the Big Fun out there.

Awesome to hear. I love Dejounte's confidence and leadership potential. White's got some great qualities, but I don't see anywhere near the same confidence and leadership in him. I hope White can improve upon last season and get better in certain areas.
Homes and Lawson probably will be cut after the next game. Pop probably just wanted to see if they had anything to give in a real game.
