If it wasn't the Louisiana guys someone is going to buy crack cocaine. It doesn't matter if it was Louisiana guys doing it. Are you telling me there's no one purchasing crack cocaine or pure cocaine or heroin on the streets? They will be purchasers and those purchasers will have guns and there will be shootouts and people will still die.

I am all for legalizing marijuana but not for that reason. I'm for legalizing it because people who otherwise just want to get high are being put in jail for stupid . It's much less offensive to smoke marijuana than it is to drink and drive I think. It's not going to stop people from selling drugs to make money though. They would just have to go harder.
