Parker only got a chance because Pop never wanted Antonio Daniels.
Kawhi got a chance because Pop had to waste offseason time with Richard Jefferson, who he had already benched before and didn't like.
Manu and Stephen Jackson got lucky that Steve Smith was hurt to start 02-03.
