It's not an impeachable offense for a President to make military aid contingent on that government launching a corruption investigation.

It was/is Trump's Presidential and Cons utional duty to investigate corruption and meddling in the 2016 election. To not have requested Ukraines aid in that effort would have amounted to dereliction of duty.
