Criticizing your goofy ass isn't tantamount to defending Trump, Spurs Homer.
I underestimated Trump's incompetence. Never thought he was so unaware of right and wrong that he would give the opposition direct proof of his corruption.

We should only be so lucky if that's the worst he does.
"Extremely stable genius"
Meh he does everything in plain sight because he is untouchable as long as he is the GOP. Anyone but maybe Collins and Romney would get killed in primaries for going against the Dear Leader. the general too since GOP turnout would fall off a cliff with how angry most of the GOP base who absolutely loves Trump would be and turn on the party if they didn't protect him. The Republicans gave the party to Trump and now they're stuck with him.
All Trump has to do is the one thing he can never never do. Sit tight, say very little, and let the impeachment play out to the predictable political stalemate.
The more he rants and struggles, the less predictable that result becomes.
I think it's just barely possible Trump will make himself enough of a liability to the GOP to be thrown overboard.
I wouldn't bet on it, but I wouldn't rule it out.
, until Trump gave Congress the goods on him I thought there was zero chance of impeachment. Now it looks like that's going to happen.
I think the result is pretty predictable. The house impeaches. Lindsey Graham makes an ass of himself in a crying rant during the trial. Ben Sasse claims he's not a Trump but votes for him anyways because the Democrats' process. Trump wins the senate trial 53-47 (Manchin doesn't convict, Collins does). Trump wasn't lying when he said he would't lose votes shooting someone in Times Square.
I think the Dems will lose the vote to convict, but I think it's possible they'll get more than fifty votes.
I don't see any way. They'd be handing the entire government over to the Democrats in 2021. The base would never show for a party that turned on the most beloved Republican I have ever seen (most beloved by the base I mean). Trump is everything ClearChannel and FoxNews have been priming the Republican base to want for 20 years now so it's not much of a surprise how much they love him.
Who do you see voting to convict outside Collins? Romney is about the only other I think there's much of a chance for. Maybe Gardner? Certainly not Sasse. And no way Manchin votes to convict, it would be suicide for his seat.
Jimmy Ricky is just another ignorant, incompetent mofo among all the other Trash sycophants
He really originally thought his job at Dept of Energy was a sales job.
All these WH folks testifying despite WH orders not to cooperate.
how will they be punished, if at all?
what is the penalty for telling Trash/Tom Hagen to go themselves?
1) sure, you never defended him - all of his supporters will one day take that same stance
2) in your very next sentence you revert to -
Excusing trumps criminality by saying he doesn’t know right from wrong
again
the same old tired “trump is an innocent toddler who doesnt understand right/wrong!”
he knows exactly what crime is, what lawlessness is
he does not give a about anything because he thinks he is above the law
people like you who immediately put him in a “does not understand right/wrong”
sicken me
The total wipeout would be if they convict him. Then you'd get a Democrat supermajority in the senate when all of Trump's base stayed home on election day.
