He was released from a US coalition POW prison in Summer 2009, when Obama was president. He called ISIS a "JV team" in 2013 right before it conquered Raqqa and all that territory. Raqqa did not fall to the coalition until Summer 2017, after Trump got in.
Bush was responsible for Iraq, with Democratic support. Saddam was a madass but baathism is preferable to jihad. Similar thing with Gadhafi which was definitely Obama/Hillary's fault. The only good thing to happen during Obama's regime was Al-Sisi taking back control of Egypt from the Erdogan-lite jihadist Mohamed Morsi.
