After watching Lyles put up two 3s in about two minutes I was just about to post that I thought he was slowly increasing his attempts. I hope his shot starts falling because I like what he has shown in his brief time in silver and black.

Nah. He grabs tough rebounds, too. He has very good, strong hands. He isn't out of position on D or O. He doesn't hold the ball He basically doesn't do anything stupid. After a mere 5 games, I think he has shown well in the Spurs' system - much better than most new guys. If his shot starts falling, he will be a very good starter. You are a little impatient.

Carrying and foot shuffling at the beginning of a catch-and-drive (traveling) must be two points of emphasis for the refs. I have never seen so many of these called per game.
