Lonnie in the doghouse for probably a long time going forward. God I hope he gets traded.![]()
All in all, a solid win against a bad team. 26-28 at the line after DDR missed those first two, 13-35 from three is a good volume and percentage. 11 turnovers is good given the high pace, and pulling down almost 33% of available offensive rebounds is great.

Patty been reading ST tbh
Maybe Lonnie goes back and forth between G-league throughout the season. He won't get better sitting on the bench.
Half of spurstalk cliff jumping on this one per par... they won this game with ease. I don't think they even took it out of second gear. What does concern me is the starting lineup and how they get off to slow starts every game.
if lonnie sucks he sucks. don't need non compe ive sacks of
And Lonnie with two of the most non-compe ive minutes in NBA history per par...
well i'll tell you who was compe ive tonight... Patty freaking 50 mills
LOL! I lost count. Don't usually run out of fingers and toes when tracking Patty.
The starting lineup is a bit of a concern, however, it isn't the trainwreck it was last season. Very short pre-season for a new starting 5 to gel - Dijon returning, Lyles new to the team much less the starting lineup. I look for continued improvement. Maybe Demarre steps into the SL for Trey. Very early to get too down on the SL.
Odds are high Patty won't total 31 points for the next 5 games, tbh.
Warriors being the worst team we played so far is something I never thought I say. Lol at those bandwagon fans not even in the arena and all those “strength in numbers” talk of the last few years
Combined
Still can’t believe Dante was starting games for us last season.
Lyles has been a really good glue guy.. if he could just make a three that lineup would be exceptional. He plays his role well, he just needs to space
I don't think anyone but the media feels sorry for them. They had some extreme arrogant moments...
lonnie needs to get over himself, especially go cut that stupid mop hairstyle....
Yeah, it seems like he has been concentrating on doing the "other stuff" - no doubt Pop told him to do so. He is doing great 5 games into his Spurs career - much better than most newcomers. It seems like he may be looking for his shot a little more. I think he is putting the ball on the floor a little more. Comfort in the Spurs' system comes slowly. I am way more optimistic about this guy than I was before the season started. And yeah, if he maintains his current level AND adds a little offense this SL looks pretty good.
This is basically what Patty looks like when he plays for Australia![]()
That's what I meant but yeah, he blew his load tonight.
Could the spurs schedule be any easier? Besides the clippers, they've played nobodies so far.
Blazers are decent.
People who thought Gaymond was a top 10 player last year
