    the problem is some of those people are in the building. there's a bar that the people in the lower level like to hang at. maybe they want to return to their seat for the end of the 4th.

    and for the people that aren't in the building, maybe they're arriving an hour late.

    also problematic, who gets access to those seats? if it's first come, first serve... it's gonna get messy.

    ultimately, i do think there should be some sort of solution but i can't think of one. spurs can't afford to upset the people who pay who for those seats.
