Where did Twitter say that?
Link?
"if the claim is true, Omar should be tried for treason and hanged"
If she is talking in the context of the justice system like this individual then it wouldn't be a threat of violence tbh.
Where did Twitter say that?
Link?
Since it's a stupid Qonspiracy theory I'm sure Twitter can make the case it's considered harassment.
Imagine having such low standards that you'd allow an person indicted for felony theft to represent your party as a US Rep..
Imagine having a candidate so incompetent that she gets herself kicked off Twitter permanently for threatening her opponent the year before the election.

I'm sure you'd be happy about Democrats saying Trump should be hanged amirite?
"needs to be hanged." Imagine the outrage by the right if a leftist said that of another Republican politician.
There was no threat.
If guilty of treason. That's not a threat.
Yes, you are correct that people wouldn't like that statement. It's still not a threat. And outrage isn't the focus of this topic. It's about big tech authoritarians effectively silencing politicians in the United States.
Idgaf about your stupid jew conspiracies so please kindly off!
Theres crooks all throughout the dem party... I believe I stumbled across an article the other day of a dem winning some race who's a child abusing sick . I'll see if I can track down that article later...
As well I got kicked off Twitter for telling a pedo we should rid them all by death. Do you agree? It's easy to get banned from Twitter when you aren't on the side of pedos nor re ed muslim trojan horses like omar.
And Trash is an ACTUAL traitor
This is a weird hill to die on but clearly Nathan doesn't have too much else going on.
And you're actually a re ed mentally ill loon![]()
stop being mad about your calf tats. its your stupid ing ignorant dumbass life choices
If she is, we have a system of justice for that.
Unfortunately for this person, Twitter is not the government, and they don't have to put up with hateful rhetoric over allegation.
it's true but as you say/claim this i suppose you're ok with pedophilia then or all the other sick that's on their platform that seems to be shielded. i can't stand the mindset of, "well they're a private business and they can ban and censor who they'd like..." it's just a weak argument.
btw, i guess you're one of those people who believes in "hate speech"?

when did you become a lame troll tbh? so my life choices are dumb huh, what to you? to others too? to those here i could not give a about? why do you have such a stake in my life choices? i'm perfectly fine with my life choices but here you are crying over that doesn't effect you one bit but by all means if you want to keep on crying like the baby back that you are then go for it crybaby.![]()

clam's mad i don't subscribe to his pathetic weak ing ideology of weak males and bull s who rule over them. i'm good with that.![]()
It's about covering their asses, and from a company standpoint, it makes sense: if some whacko out there goes out and shoots her and some other innocent people, then claims he was driven by that tweet, Twitter can be civilly on the hook for that.
There's simply no scenario where a private company benefits from hate speech in the long run without running into potentially serious liabilities. This happens not just with Americans, but with terrer orgs recruiting online also, using hate as a driver. It's really two sides of the same coin.
I don't 'believe' in anything, dogma is not my thing. I respect laws. I know that when I'm in Germany, discussion about the reich is likely out of bounds. I know in America I should not yell certain words in a crowd.
In the corporate space, things are different though. While they also have to abide by laws of each country, there's also the fiduciary duty to shareholders. Unless a company is primarily in the business of promoting hate for profit (which Twitter is clearly not), there's simply too much economic risk to proceed in that direction as an accessory of their core business.
how about when those pedophiles on their platform goes out of their way to abuse children or share abusive photos of children? or just those sick s talking about their fantasies?
either way these platforms claim to be town squares but they aren't. they are cash cows selling and trading our data while also not abiding by our laws and creating their own to stifle discussion or demographics altogether. they aren't are overlords and i hope one day soon all these platforms cease to exist.
I don't know who or what are you ranting about, tbh... and no, they're not town squares. You actually have to agree to their terms of service before joining. There's no such things in town squares.
they classify themselves as so but censor who'd they like while lying on the hill about not doing so. so you're cool with escorts, bestiality, and the like too then huh? the platform twitter is full of that crap but...
either way, that lady went about it wrong with her accusation of omar and hate speech doesn't exist except in the minds of those who are a-ok with authoritarianism/totalitarianism.
i'm an adult and can make adult decisions. thinking these platforms have to play mommy & daddy is just ridiculous and them getting kickbacks because they don't claim to be a publisher is even more dangerous to our republic and the world as a whole.
Also says she usually goes to Target with someone else because of being around a lot of people gives her anxiety. But also wants to get elected to congress where she'll have to deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis.
OP dying a hard death on this pathetic hill for this pathetic woman.
she's a lame ass no doubt... all thieves tbh and chop their ing hands off!
Link on the bolded?
Twitter doesn't care about your feelings or the decisions you want to make (or you in general). It's not your ass dragged to court when they allow hateful speech that eventually leads to crime. You're a minority anyways, monetizing you isn't worth the trouble.
This is also not restricted to Twitter. Almost every social media platform that allows user commentary does the same thing, and the few ones that do not, are either irrelevant, or non-existent.
At the end of the day, it's advertisers footing the bill, and they don't want to be associated with bigotry, xenophobia and hate, for obvious reasons.
