For me, a man's fingering skills are the most important. Penis, um, skills have allways felt the same, unless they were really bad. Being a good dirty talker is also a must. Make of that what you will.
I've read that a vast majority of women can't achieve orgasm by intercourse - it takes manual manipulation. So fingering skills (and those mentioned by CC) are very important! I've also read that a majority of men either aren't aware of this or just don't care.
