France setting up relief teams to come in from the Caribbean. Sad thing is they'll probably be in La., set up and helping before FEMA figures out what's going on.
thats is soo awesome!! sometimes i feel like theres alot of apathy and shoulder shrugging in this world.. but hearing stuff like this, and seeing the reports of others donations and offers of real help on TV.... wow.

2. FEMA should have been doing this before the disaster. The fact that they've supposedly had their "cat 5 hurricane hits NO" plan and been refining it for the last 20 years tell me a lot of people were doing a pretty ty job planning, giving what's going on right now.
