I don't think he wanted to believe Hoyer was what everyone knew he was...but it became painfully apparent last Sunday. Mallett isn't a world beater, but it won't be said that he can't get the ball down the field. Anyone that saw that bullet he fired into the end one last Sunday can see that. He should be fine if he doesn't spend too much time channeling his inner Jay Cutler.
In other news, Keshawn Martin got traded. This day just keeps getting better.
