ROFL Rich Paul calling teams telling them not to take Bronny or he's going to Australia. Yeah I'm sure teams are dying to draft a 6'1" SG putting up 5 PPG on 36% shooting.

Cash consideration. Don't forget cash consideration.
Nunez has yet to see a NBA court (draft and stashing him would ridiculous), while Cidy had flashes as a downhill, secondary ball handler.
I like adding the playmaking and defense that both guys provide, but the team needs a lot of shooting help. While doing very little to address the issue so far, but free-agency can hopefully provide it.
If they don't add (a lot) more shooting and defense out of the free agent market then the pitch forks definitely should come out.
See, this would have been some Pop GOAT move - draft that little and laugh at LeBron.
Brian will probably draft and trade to Lakers for more picks
If it was a surprise to you, you’re stupid. They have a ton of FRPs in the next few years, and they’ve offloaded a 30s second round pick the last 3 drafts.
He's ing up is he called PATFO. They seem desperate for guys who they can stash.
"Hey we gotta raise money somehow. Only four years until I'm due my new five-year deal!"
Yeah I guess I’m just stupid bro, wish I could be smart like you and patfo
What did you think of the Primo pick at the time? Just curious
This is clearly the reason, but, for real, what's the plan? What was the idea behind getting all those 2nd round picks if you are just gonna gift them all away? Make money?
If they are consistent, no way they take a player with 48. What the are they gonna do?
Let's not pretend Nunez is that great of a prospect. He's already 20 years old. He's not Ricky Rubio over here. This is just booting the pick in a different way; maybe they sniffed out Indiana's interest in Furphy and dragged some money out of them. The owners get a nice lap dance from SA's best strippers. They were always picking a guy they didn't have to sign.
OKC takes three bets on talent with a championship caliber roster. Spurs can't make room for a #8 pick when they barely have maybe 2 future starters and no more than 5 legit NBA players. Tim Connelly and Presti are showing you the way, yet they live in this parallel reality where you pass on shots at talent for marginal NBA players and somehow you're building a contender with scrubs. Disgusting.
im so sorry
i loved furph as a 2nd rounder, but i know you like him quite a bit in general. you and i were both very high on dilly. a couple of punches for ya this draft. sucks.
My guess is they tried to trade this one away but no one wanted it. There's an issue with a lot of full rosters across the league right now. You had OKC throwing five Seconds to get a guy with a second round grade.
Always worth it!
At this point I'm only watching to see if someone has the balls to draft Bronny and make the Lakers give up real assets for him.
Free agency will need to bring answers. Can’t really judge things too much until we get there and see what happens.
Pop would never cross his bestie Lebron like that. Pop desperately wants to be liked by these guys
He's a bad shooter you say?
That's basically San Antonio's jam.
Nikola Djurisic, Melvin Ajinca and Ulrich Chomche
Don't worry, they won't ask you to think they're anything special.
Don't fear drafting them.

Lol, I liked watching three players in the NCAAs this year and we drafted all three of them. I can't pretend Furphy was a huge prospect, but he was a good cutter, hustled, hit contact and rebounded way above his size and position.
I can see the roster crunch stuff and 'we have lots of firsts coming up' stuff, but I think that's kind of bull . Half this team is on the fringe of a poor team already and we don't have a good SF type in the pipeline.
The team is allergic to adding anyone right now (other than Castle) and it's not clear why.
abona gone...was hoping he was there at 48.
