I also remember the game winner he hit on MJ after a beautiful push-off before taking the inbounds pass. Jordan started to , then stopped because he realized he had just be done by the master.
Ok... I don't seriously think the guy meant there was something fishy going on. He was being sarcastic as a response to the thread. We all know that objects behave a certain way due to gravity, inertia, and other laws of physics.
Yep, that's probably #2 on my list. It took me a long time to notice the "step on the guard's feet" trick, because local broadcasts obviously didn't show it! I think it was the year that Indiana lost to New York in the ECF that I first noticed this. The network coverage (NBC back then, I think) showed it quite clearly, although no one ever mentioned it.
Good grief. Some people like to engage in artistic license, and expect the reader play along and not be literal-minded.

Since I (accidentally) started this, I'll weigh in. In the context of the original thread on Kings Fan, I thought that it was fairly obvious that the moderator was at least suggesting that Brent cheated. It reminded me of how people will tease someone, but "they were only kidding" when they're called on it. (In other words, it was a way to make a point without actually commiting to it.)
At any rate, it is amazing how delusional a group of people may appear when there is adverse selection happening (i.e. survival of the conformist). There is absolutely no way on God's green earth that the Kings can win it all. I'm not saying that the Spurs are a lock, but the Kings don't crack the top 10 of the 16 playoff teams. They played their asses off Tuesday, but lost to a Spurs team that coasted for most of the game.

Barry is a cheating bas . I saw him burning incesnse and chanting before he went into the game. I am sure he called upon the forces of darkness for his shot. We cannot let this injustice stand!!

Anyway, to add to the discussion...
For another kings board, you might check out "sactownroyalty.com" I just happened to run by it while web surfing... there is a thread there en led "game 1" that is absolutly hilarious. The thread is posted entirely during game 1, and the fun is in seeing how high their hopes are in the begining, and then the spiral downhill from there.
There are a couple of other interesting threads to read there too... they hate the spurs of course, but they are also pretty critical of the Kings. I didn't see any spurs or other team posts while I was there so I can't vouch for how opposing-viewpoint friendly they are.

You've already got 12 pages on this thread. Seems a bit overboard. Anyways, I've put out the invite to sackings.com and have yet to see anyone show up. What's the deal, I thought you all had some "opposing viewpoints" for us.
I post at Kingstalk.com and have been welcome there but ribbed pretty good. They seem to know their basketball and are actually more critical of the Kings than the Spurs. For the most part they are a decent bunch but have a few of the "I hate the Spurs nomatter what" crowd.
Why are you so obsessed with Spurstalk? Already have 80+ posts and aren't even a fan. Seems a bit overboard.
By the way, i am NOT a magic fan. Just put that to be DIFFERENT from the crowd.
