Just call it like I see it. If that was my neighborhood and this happened I'd burn it down. Not to mention I lived in Talavera for 4 years its nice there right on the golf course. I'd like to see all the blue hairs on the 7th hole react to a bunch of dudes sucking down 40's near the fence line. Its rediculous to house these people in such a nice place.

Who the are "these people" Mr. Bill O'Reily? A VERY small amount of your taxes go to government progams check the stats... You're money is in Iraq or on some lunar mission. My parents are pretty well off so they paid for me to go to college. I have friends w/ degrees that have gotten checks garnished b/c of student loans they couldn't pay back and I'm 34 now! They live paycheck to paycheck, but I wouldn't call them underachievers. EVERYONE deserves decent housing, education, healthcare, etc. From an investment perspective, I can understand concerns about property value going down, but you sound like a ing biggot! Enron's CEO stole millions from people that worked their entire lives and probably can't afford right now and his type may live next door to you, but you about a 2k dollat stereo?!?!?! Sociology 101 teaches you that poor people do crime most of the time b/c they are POOR, where as the wealthy do it b/c of greed. Go hide under your white hood if you're scared suck ass!
