Most of hardcore criminals in New Orleans stuck around hoping to become the kings of . They want to get to those survivors before the rescuers can so they can rape and kill them and see what they might have to steal before they move on to their next victims.

I understand the logistics on how it's difficult to get people out. But I really can't understand forgetting about the people in the convention center and not getting any food or water to them until last night.
