Trump may end up at Rikers Island by the end of 2023 if he loses re-election: legal experts

More than a dozen investigations are already under way against Trump and his associates, so his potential legal exposure is "breathtaking,"

Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. would likely charge the president with falsifying business records and tax fraud.
"To build a fraud case against Trump, Vance subpoenaed his financial records," Wise wrote.

"But those records alone won't be enough:

To secure a conviction, Vance will need to convince a jury not only that Trump cheated on his taxes

but that he intended to do so."

his former attorney Michael Cohen and longtime accountant Allen Weisselberg have already signaled they're willing to cooperate with prosecutors and both would have strong evidence to prove Trump's intent.

"Trump's conviction would seal the greatest downfall in American politics since Richard Nixon,"

"Unlike his associates who were sentenced to prison on federal charges,

Trump would not be eligible for a presidential pardon or commutation, even from himself.

And while his lawyers would file every appeal they can think of,

none of it would spare Trump the indignity of imprisonment."

Yup, more proof trump ed in planning and the pandemic:

The number of Americans seeking unemployment benefits rose last week by the most in two months, to 898,000, a historically high number and evidence that layoffs remain a hindrance to the economy’s recovery from the pandemic recession.

Look at Donald Trump's loser talk.

    He knows he's toast

for a man who has obsessed over appearing strong and in command,

his campaign trail rhetoric is weak and defeated, replete with loser talk.

If he’s strong and winning and the polls are rigged,

why is he talking about the
    possibility of losing?

There is nothing more demotivating to a campaign’s supporters than to hear their candidate talk about losing,

and then threaten the audience with taking his ball and going home.

"So I ask you to do me a favor.

Suburban women: will you please like me? Please. Please.

I saved your damn neighborhood, OK?

The other thing: I don't have that much time to be that nice.

You know, I can do it, but I gotta go quickly."

he’s letting himself sound this sad and pathetic. It’s loser talk.

Begging, on his knees, the same women he once bragged about, unapologetically, of grabbing their you-know-what.

    Trump’s best argument is

“I don’t have time to stop being an asshole,

which is why I lost your vote, but I could do it if I wanted to,

    just trust me,

even though I’ve never done it.”

He doesn’t have time to be nice, since he’s too busy insulting white seniors—

literally his most loyal demographic outside the Proud Boys scene.

"Can you imagine if you lose to a guy like this? It's unbelievable. It's disgusting."

Trump is literally saying that he could lose to “the worst presidential candidate of all time.”

If that’s the case, what does that make
    Trump?

True, but the trend of polling in general is unfavorable to Trump. Since the first debate he's hardly been able to dent Biden.
Still have yet to encounter a Poll or hear of anyone participating in one

I watched some Leftist talking shows at a friend's house yesterday. Friend already voted Biden.

None of these shows mentioned Biden. As if he doesn't exist. Odd during an election year and especially a month away.

Do you believe in Jesus Christ as your lord and savior? Whether or reference him in politics or not, if you believe in him that means you believe in something you've never seen.

    It is what it is.

(If I had my way, elections would be publicly financed with no private contributions. Dreaming, I know. )

I'm not promoting Ben Sasse at all. I'm pointing out that he's telling Trump's re ed supporters behind their back that Trump makes fun of them and they're so ing dumb they don't care.

    He's a monster.

    He's their monster.

But suddenly Senate Republicans have never heard of him

the president they all coddled and refused to criticize and even acquitted of impeachment charges without hearing from a single witness.

In seven states where in bent GOP senators are either trailing their Democratic opponent or running neck and neck,

the Republican senator has failed to give Trump so much as a mention in any single TV ad over the past week,

    That's 48 ads across
    Arizona,
    Colorado,
    Iowa,
    Maine,
    Montana,
    North Carolina, and
    South Carolina, and

    zero Trump mentions.
