Lions and Bills are tied for the longest current playoff drought (going on 12 years). Hope Detroit can finally make it, cause the Bills sure as ain't.
From watching the preseason game the other night, the Bills have depth issues at OL and QB. How Thigpen is the backup is beyond me. He's ing terrible. Pretty bad when you're outplayed by Zac Robinson and Levi Brown.
Merriman and the D looked pretty good.
Wouldn't surprise me at all to see the Bills reach .500 this year.
depth issues, we have STARTING issues at those positions, and have ever since 2000. It just boggles my mind how they've neglected the O-line for over a decade. I think Thigpen is 0-12 career as a starter...another solid offseason pick-up by the Bills.

CB Darius Butler has been released by the Patriots.
Lions should go after him...if the Panthers and the Cards let him pass by.
Why? He isn't an upgrade to what they have now. Seems similar to Alphonso Smith; talented but loses confidence quickly.
