If we want Elson to score, we are gonna have to run more when he's in. Plain and simple. Give him a jumper, too.

Someone on a sports show this morning mentioned something like this.

They basically said that the Spurs can run when they want to and can score high numbers but Pop still seems so intent on slowing it down sometimes.

The piston's lack of foot speed is showing. TP's tempo in the first quarter set everything up and he feed Elson easy buckets in transition time and time again. Getting easy shots more than anything else is probably why other parts of Elson's game are so good. He defended Sheed well, got REBOUNDs and steals. Elson is the player of the game so far.

I'd like to see Duncan with the ball on the low post anytime Webber and McDeyiesdfasdjfsda are guarding him. So far, I've mainly seen him get it when 'Sheed is on him.
