Show me, don't tell me.
But who cares???????
Go Spurs!!!!!
Sorry. He just didn't cut it. Great defender. Bad emcee.
Show me, don't tell me.

Go Spurs!!!!!
Bruce came across to me as someone who would do well giving corporate motivational speaches or speaking as a college graduation but not as someone who should be leading a ceremony that demands a level of humor.
The poor guy had to keep telling people when he was telling jokes.
However, I think he did well at the very end getting the crowd pumped up, but all in all I am dissapointed we didn't see Barry. Bruce's presentation was long as things were a bit dry and on the boring side. Thats not to take away from the le or anything else but a simple review of his performance last night.
Honestly, I don't find Brent Barry funny at all...but that might just be me. I see people saying that Brent should have done the announcements...However, listening to his boat speech about French people jumping off the boats wasn't too funny, in my own humble opinion. I dont know if Tony thought it was funny, either...
Pump up the crowd! Bowen found it was his job to first subdue the crowd and then raise them back up. Didn't work. Damn. He's a great defender. But he sucked tonight. He can't be good at everything, can he?
LOL! Everyone is en led to their own opinion...so you think he sucked...
I thought he did great. I didn't think he was boring at all...

The parade and Dome celebration kicked so much ass. I was so happy for Finley. I screamed so loud and go so trashed! Yes Spurs fans, I am jealous of your success. I wish my team could have the class and greatness like your spurs have had. It is why I hate them so damn much is because I am envious of them and their fans. But I do respect the out of them. Oh well at least we are going to have our 67-15 parade!

Glad you had a good time Dirk.
Good to see your Mavs back as your team.
The Spurs are classy. And you've turned into a classy "troll"!![]()
I'm glad you stuck around.
Bruce had a hard row to hoe,and I don't think he'd hoed very well. In spite of the enormous good will most of us have towards Bruce, he was really wrong-footed and off-key at the Alamodome.
Brent, Tony, and Sean were extremely professional and entertaining at the Tip0-Off luncheons, and Tony did a superb job at the 2005 Alamodome.
Pained to see Bruce struggling last night, I was thinking Sean, as professional announcer and extreme popular ex-Spurs, could have pulled it off a lot better, and it would have taken pressure off any player to carry the entire evening.
Were any of the families at the celebration? I was there and saw Brent Barry's family and Amy Duncan, but no one else.
Eva was there and so were Tony's brothers. I also saw Bruce's wife and son too in the audience. I think I also saw Manu's brother and wife at the boat parade, as well as Oberto's wife too.
I think all the families were at the celebration.
Well sitting there since 4pm, I was expecting a little more out of the celebration inside the Dome but doing the wave was too much fun.
I took some pictures but they're kind of bad but I do have some videos of inside the Dome (doing the wave and such). I'll post them once they all get loaded onto my photobucket.
I wish i could've seen some of you there!!
