New Rate? Talking about a raise?
Sort of, its complicated but in a nuts they changed company wide from salary to hourly and that messed up our scheduling. SOO they gave us a pay rate bump to make up in our lost time. I'm essentially making like 3 dollars extra a hour. PLUSSS I should be getting a raise in a about a month sooo its going to be even more then.

Well, the contents of p-dubs culo are his own bizness but I get his point. I personally wear flip flops year round, because my feet are one of my good points and I take pride in keeping them beautiful. And I don't about being cold.
