It's the 95 percent for DeKalb and Fulton that you have to watch. CNN's had them there for almost 24 hours. There's reason not ignore those totals until the county actually says they're done.

County Savanah is in is at 87% too. It's not nearly as Pro-Biden as DeKalb, Fulton, and other Atlanta area counties, but still roughly 60/40 in Biden's favor.

to be fair they dont exactly have a printed out manifest of how many soros ballots came in. they're not dumb enough to leave a paper trail, but it causes these issues in crunchtime
