BPM is such a stupid stat that can be taken out of context. You can cherry pick stats all you want. You can make a scrub look better than LeBron just by cherry picking any stats. Which is obviously what you are trying to do. Only way to really appreciate DD's game is to watch him play. Something you probably are not doing

I merely posted some stats without saying a word. I actually think DD has been off to a great start this season. Hard to argue that.
In case you didnt't know, I am a Raptors fan first. I watch the Spurs because of DD FYI. Spurs are my newly adopted team. But raptors are always my #1.

The fits for each team have been great. DeMar has been the playmaker this team desperately needed. Additionally, his at ude is great. Watching the games you definitely tell there’s not this cloud hanging over the team.
Kawhi is the better overall player and is perfect alongside Lowry. Kawhi’s defense again is second to none. His impact as a defensive stopper make him arguably the best player in the league this season. However, you can tell Kawhi has to be coddled. He’s already sat out 2 of the first 8 games.
the measuring stick is out tonight! We beat PHX by 30 and DeMar had 25 points on 10-12 shooting. We set the bar high for the Raptors and Kawhi tonight against Phoenix.
kawhi probably gonna drop 40pts
hopefully the raptors blowout the suns in the first half so that kawhi won’t play big minutes and can’t pad his stats..

Lowry is too ball dominant which is not so bad. He is playing really well!

yet lowry scored only 11pts
12 assists and setting up everyone. He doesn't need to score. But he can. Weirdly enough both Lowry and DeRozan are passing the ball a lot this season so far.

If u watched the game Kawhi didn't take a lot of shots... But he was very effective... There was a portion in the third or early fourth where he went on a team and pretty much put the suns away... It's similar to when he was here... He doesn't demand the ball like historically ball hungry players... But when he does get it, he is very decisive and efficient... He doesn't take the air out the ball with dribble dribble dribble
