The one thing with which I do not agree is her taking the kids out of the country. She moved here and the kids were born here. She can afford to live where her kids have been so that they can spend time with their father, regardless of his infidelity to the marriage.
Tiger flies all over the world anyway. It's not like he can't pop over to Sweden between golf tournaments to see the kids if she actually moves back there.

The kids should be where the family lived so that regular visitation may be taken by the non-custodial parent. I believe it very firmly.

The oldest is only 2 years old, the other is still a baby. It's not like she would be tearing the kids away from all their friends and social network. These people bounce around the world like we go to the HEB. Tiger just calls Netjet and 5 hours later he is in Sweden. No big deal. It's completely unreasonable to expect her to stay in Florida to make it "convenient" for Tiger to see the kids when her family lives in Sweden.
She needs his permission to uproot the the kids.
My guess? He lets them grow up in Sweden.
