spurraider21 as a real lawyer do you think Texas even has proper standing? I don’t see how they do. Each state makes its own election laws and selects its own electors. Even if the other states had election laws that were found to be uncons utional (they don’t), Texas doesn’t have standing as an injured party, it gets to cast 38 electoral college the votes regardless of the other states.
to be fair, considering these guys previously identified wrong states in their cases, etc, getting their stuff filed in the correct place is an accomplishment on its own
