And while we on it why not let LMA play SG...

Boris played the PG position quite often in his career. He played PG for the Suns when Nash was injured in 05-06 IIRC with 6 assists per game. I don't see why we could not use him for spot minutes behing Parker and Mills off the bench

He made a difference in game 6 WCF in 2014.
I like Joseph but someone acting like he's a make or break signing is idiot, IMO. Matthew Dellavadova put up a couple great games in the finals, but the Cavs would perfectly fine if he's not back. In fact, I think they would be better. Joseph fit here because he brought a different mentality from the PG position. It was honestly an ideal fit. But we are a great organization to go to to maximize a players potential. That being the case, I think we shouldn't have much of a problem replacing CoJo.

Well yeah, Diaw is needed in the playoffs but Kyle can run the point every know and then I the regular season, imo.
I don't watch the summer league, would be interesting to see if Becky use him a bit there

Forgot about him. If the Spurs could land Scola and West, it would really soften the blow of losing Splitter and Baynes.

    No doubt there.

My "pipe dream" interseason for the Spurs :

    - Duncan and Ginobili both accept to comeback for the vet-min
    - West sign for around $6~8M/y on a 2 or 3 years contract.
    - We use the room exception for a good european PG (teodosic, spanoulis, mc calleb, lull, Koponen, etc...)
    - Sign Gerald green for the Min
    - Add LJC and Bonner to complete the roster.

    Parker / Spanoulis / Mills
    D. Green / Ginobili
    Leonard / G. Green / Anderson
    Aldridge / Diaw / LJC
    Duncan / West / Bonner

This will probably don't happened, but that's not totally impossible...
Mostly depend on the will of Duncan to take minimum salary. Considering what he have already earned in his career, $1,5M or $6M will not make a big différence on his bank account...

Met with the Spurs doctors. So depending on the test and physical, he may be an option. But I think Butler would be the safer choice right now. Broken foots have never bode well for players in the past, especially in Basketball.

the Hawks are keeping Tavares. Splitter trade was a straight-up salary dump. They could have given the Spurs Lamar Patterson or a 2nd round pick but nope?

If we have to give a minimum contract to Delfino in order to get Manu back, we should do so.

I think everything is waiting on 2 things:

    1) Final cap numbers
    2) Manu's announcement

When those 2 things happen, I bet everything moves quickly.

I don´t see the Spurs being able to get the size they´ll need with the limited cap space.
Scola won´t come and play for the Min and i think in the end West neither.
We are going to set for older over the hill bigmen and hope they don´t get any serious injury. That or Greg Oden.

Muscala will be included in that Spurs deal.. That would actually be a Pop wet dream. Guy is athletic and can shoot the 3.

He just signed a deal overseas. Gal Mekel might end up doing the same.
