we need to start a Go Fund Me to send you there! Took me about 7 tries to get #1....a sad reminder of our odds, but I'll still say my prayers...and we all know how much that will help.
    #1 at first try ever.

Charlotte looks pretty nice with their pieces healthy. Mark Williams was a great pick for them. Lamello is still crazy to watch. He does everything you don't want a basketball player to do, but it works.

Can definitely see the pick conveying in the next couple years.
Lamelo fractured his ankle today. Hopefully he’ll be ready to go next year for them

If those keeps up he is gonna sign the max extension by Hornets regardless of their placing. Their FRP is lost.

Down low and doesn't matter for the Spurs, but the Knicks have made some great moves in the last year. They have a few outside threats for a nice perimeter attack and didn't give up much to get there.

I have to say, this is some excellent tanking by the spurs. They started like 5-2 and I wondered WTH they were doing. Good to see they came to their senses.

That 5 game cushion is huge but things just got interesting. Really need to keep the foot on the accelerator (actually the brake) to solidify bottom 3 now.

Tanking isn't just for top picks.
Some tanks are to drop into pick protections.
The most famous was Golden State tanking to keep a pick. Karma was selecting Harrison Barnes.

Chicago is doing that this year. They have a 32% chance, currently, to jump into the top 4, and delay conveying that FRP to ORL.

McForbesbot was having his once every dozen games hot shooting night.

    Why was he left in?

Don't get me wrong, Pop is having his 2nd most meaningful career year by far.
Still, would have been extra epic to have an 0-9 Rodeo Road Trip and keep the streak alive.

All this tanking and if it is possible the dysfunctional front office will screw it up.

What have they done wrong so far? The only thing I know is not drafting Sengun and the Primo situation. What else? How are they dysfunctional?

Chicago has been up and down, but should beat Detroit tonight.

Game that has my eye is the Lakers vs. Thunder. With LeBron out, LA needs someone to step up to get them into the play-in. It's astonishing how Anthony Davis doesn't get more flak for being nearly useless. This should be him. He should be dragging his team forward. Instead you'll have comments during each game about "how hard he's working." Lol, wtf. Supposedly one of the top 75 players of all time.

Still have the nagging su ion OKC is shutting it down to give Presit another roll of the lottery dice.

LMAO. SGA, who was out with 'abdominal strain' and 'ankle soreness,' is now out in health and safety protocols. OKC is totally ing tanking now.

And... Anthony Davis is out for tonight. Softer than baby , man. Hilarious.

Smart move by OKC. Who gives AF about a play-in birth when they could possibly catch Orlando.

AD’s vag probs sore from getting yammed on by JJJ. Rooting against LA is my guilty pleasure. Hopefully Pels get healthy and turn it on last 15 games to add insult to injury.

Anthony Davis: "We gotta play these last 23 games like they are all Game 7s"

    Lebron gets injured.

Anthony Davis: "My stomach hurts, I'ma sit this one out"

At least Davis' injuries are generally obvious to see and he often tries to play through them before they become untenable . . . unlike someone else who plays in L.A. that's the definition of soft, but rarely if ever has to answer for it for some reason.

He doesn't have to answer for it because by now it is confirmed that he has a chronic condition which limits his ability to play a normal NBA schedule and will continue to plague him for the rest of his career.

If only some professional NBA medical staff had been able to diagnose and predict such a condition....hm....

So did Duncan and he wasn't resting 95 games over 2 seasons, 1.5 years for a partially torn ACL (granted the surgery is the same as it would be if fully torn), not playing both ends of back-to-backs from his mid 20s on and missing weeks at a time for routine, low grade ankle sprains.

I'm not sure I buy it. Plenty of players play through pain especially when it matters. , Isiah Thomas played a Finals game on a grotesquely sprained ankle. Davis is just a soft-ass punk.
